Max Weber, at the time he wrote for this site, was a fourth-year student at Tulane University pursuing a triple major in Russian, Political Economy, and Political Science. He was serving as the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Journal of Policy and Political Economy, an internationally recognized undergraduate publication, as well as a microeconomics instructor for Tulane’s Department of Economics.
